DONT BE MISLEAD!! This hotel is a 1 star at best. Run down, extremely rude staff and manager, your toilet is practically in your shower!! Run down neighborhood, tiny rooms. When we addressed the fact that this was NOT a 3 star and there are absolutely ZERO amenities, pool, business center, Lobby etc.. the manager simply shrugged his shoulders and stated there was no problem with us finding another hotel and getting a refund, however when our travel agency requested paperwork from the hotel confirming refund, the management REFUSED to provide the documentation!! Simply rude, and FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!

Skip this place. There are so many better options for a similar price. The daytime worker Ahmed at the front desk is comically awful at his job. He seems scatterbrained and clueless. What should have taken less than five minutes, to get the key to my room, took close to an hour. The room I got was ok. The bathroom is separate. However it is right next to the elevator shaft, no good sleep next to constantly to loud bangs from the elevator equipment. On a positive note, the night manager is friendly and helpful.

Price performance hotel. I have stayed other 2 hotels in this region with same price range. Ahsen is by far more clean than other options. It is just for clean and comfortable sleeping with a silent proper AC. But don't go if you have higher expectations.

The night employee was nice and helpful. The day employee (maybe the boss) however was very rude, not welcoming. Fortunately that's the only time I met such a person in Turkey. The district isn't very safe during the evening. Our room was very small, esthetically bad looking, and low quality equipment as well as wifi. Wasn't really clean either. As the owner always replies to criticism saying "you're mistaking our hotel with another one", i can assure i checked and this is without a doubt the place we stayed in. Bad experience, you'll find much better elsewhere for the same price.

Hotel Director is ready to help with any additional requests (wich İ have plenty 😂). Girls are very kind and smiley. Room was quiet. Perfect location in the city center. Prices are very democratic. Possible Scabies infestation.

This was the worst experience I had traveling abroad. First of all, hotel had no electricity when I arrived and it wasn’t clean, elevator wasn’t working of course. When I booked the room it didn’t mention anything about “SHARED” bathroom, however when I got there the owner/receptionist stated that the bathroom is shared in this room, I was shocked I’ve never seen anything like it. I had to pay extra money to have my own bathroom. Anyway, when I got to room it was pretty bad, no power, bathroom was dark, bed sheets were dirty, no safe, the room was very dusty, window was open and people were very loud in the best apartment building. My phone was dying, couldn’t charge my phone cuz no power. I tried calling Expedia, but as always Expedia sucks, I called the taxi and went to a different hotel. Still fighting Expedia to get my money back. Would never consider going to this hotel even if it was for free. PS. I do have a proof of everything I mentioned. First Amendment, freedom of speech!

I would not call it a 3 star rather a 1 or max 2 star. Rooms get very stuffy and hot. The staff however is nice, especially a lad called muzzafar. He Works the night shift and was pretty helpful thanks Muzzafar!!!!

I enjoyed my stay here at this casual friendly and centrally located hotel in the heart of Antalya. You are welcomed here by a husband and wife team Hergun & Sadet who do everything to accomodation you and ensure a comfortable stay! Although not a modern hotel it translates into a good value-for-money stay. The environment is welcoming and relaxing... everyone makes you feel part of the family! The breakfast was good, rooms and public places clean as well as excellent WiFi! Çok tessekuler ederim 👌
